Submit ReviewSR 27897 is a potent, non-peptide CCK1 receptor antagonist that displays > 33-fold selectivity over CCK2 receptors (EC50 values are 6 and 200 nM respectively). Causes an increase in plasma leptin levels and increases food intake in rats in vivo.
