Submit ReviewTocriscreen FDA-Approved Drugs Library is a library of 190 compounds equivalent to the pharmacologically active components of drug formulations approved by the FDA. Compounds supplied pre-dissolved in DMSO (100 μL, 10 mM solution). Contains compounds covering a diverse range of pharmaceutical targets and therapeutic areas e.g. immunology, oncology. Includes both established therapeutics, e.g. tamoxifen (Cat. No. 0999) and paclitaxel (Cat. No. 1097), as well as more recently approved drugs such as darunavir (Cat. No. 6710) and sorafenib (Cat. No. 6814). Ideal for in vitro and in vivo drug repurposing/repositioning studies.
This library replaces the Tocriscreen Library of FDA-Approved Compounds (Cat. No. 5932).
All Tocris products are for biomedical research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
The Tocriscreen FDA-approved Drugs Library contains bioactive compounds covering a diverse range of therapeutic classifications, derived using the WHO Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System code (ATC code).
