Submit ReviewWKYMVM is a selective agonist for the formyl peptide receptors FPR2 and FPR3, expressed on immune cells. EC50 values for induction of calcium mobilization in FPR2-HL-60 cells and FPR3-HL-60 cells are 2 and 80 nM respectively.
