Biological Activity for IP7e

IP7e is a potent Nurr1 activator (EC50 = 3.9 nM). Delays onset and reduces severity of symptoms in mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). Also suppresses NF-κB signaling. Brain penetrant and orally bioavailable.
