Biological Activity for CP 673451

CP 673451 is a potent and selective PDGFR inhibitor (IC50 values are 1 and 10 nM for PDGFR-β and -α respectively). Selective for PDGFR kinase over a range of related kinases. Inhibits PDGFR-β phosphorylation in glioblastoma xenografts and PDGF-induced angiogenesis in mice.
