Biological Activity for Cardionogen 1

Cardionogen 1 is a wnt signaling modulator. Potently inhibits Wnt/β-catenin-dependent transcription in murine ES cells (EC50 = 23 nM) and zebrafish embryos. Enlarges heart size via cardiomyocyte hyperplasia; induces ES cell cardiac differentiation.
