Biological Activity for DMH4

DMH4 is a selective VEGFR-2 inhibitor (IC50 values are 161, 3558, 8038 and > 30000 nM for VEGFR-2, BMPR-I, AMPK and TGFβR-I respectively). Displays antiangiogenic activity in vitro and in vivo.
