Biological Activity for DSR 6434

DSR 6434 is a potent TLR7 agonist (EC50 = 7.2 nM). Activates several immune effector cells in vitro. Suppresses metastasis in vivo and enhances efficacy of radiation therapy in a model of colorectal carcinoma.
