Biological Activity for EMI 48

EMI 48 is an inhibitor of mutant EGFR; it inhibits L858R/T970M/C797S mutants and ex19del/T790M/C797S triple mutants (inhibitory effects at 5 μM) but has no effect on wild-type EGFR. EMI 48 induces EGFR degradation (<5 μM), and inhibits activation of ERK, S6 and AKT.
