Biological Activity for GPBAR-A

GPBAR-A is a gPBA receptor agonist. Upregulates GLP-1 secretion from intestinal cultures. Increases MQAE-fluorescence suggesting a decrease in intracellular chloride concentration in gallbladder epithelial cells.
