Submit ReviewH 151 is a STING antagonist. Covalently binds STING at Cys91, blocking palmitoylation and preventing assembly of STING clusters. Decreases inflammatory cytokine production in human and mouse cells in vitro. Also blocks CMA (Cat. No. 6677) -induced increases in levels of inflammatory cytokines in mice, and alleviates systemic inflammation in a mouse model of autoinflammatory disease.
H 151 is also offered as part of the Tocriscreen 2.0 Max and Tocriscreen Antiviral Library. Find out more about compound libraries available from Tocris.
