Selective blocker worked ideally to block Calcium channels.
By Farzana Islam on 10/02/2018
Assay Type: In Vitro
Species: Human
Cell Line/Tissue: HEK 293

High-affinity and specific KCa1.1 channel blocker, used to study how it works to block SK channels. The product dissolved in aqueous buffer and was excellent in the lab conditions. Inhibition of SK channels were observed.
