Biological Activity for Ogerin
Ogerin is a selective positive allosteric modulator (PAM) of GPR68 (pEC50 = 6.83), which exhibits selectivity for GPR68 over 58 other GPCRs. Ogerin attenuates contextual-based fear memory in mice.
