Inhibits proliferation of KRAS mutant Capan-1 and MiaPaCa-2 pancreatic cancer cells (IC50 values are 0.8 μM and 1.4 μM respectively); dose- and time-dependently induces apoptosis.

They consist of three covalently linked components: an E3 ubiquitin ligase ligand, a linker and a ligand for the target protein of interest.
