Biological Activity for PNU 74654

Binds to β-catenin (KD = 450 nM). Inhibits the interaction between β-catenin and T cell factor 4 (Tcf4) and disrupts the Wnt signaling pathway. Promotes neural differentiation of hPSCs as part of a chemical cocktail.
