Biological Activity for SGC 3027

SGC 3027 is a potent and selective PRMT7 inhibitor (IC50 < 2.5 nM); pro-drug of SGC 8158. Methylates H2B (23-37). Exhibits > 40-fold selectivity over other histone methyltransferases and non-epigenetic targets. Inhibits methylation of HSP70 in C2C12 cells.
