生物活性 for Digoxin

Digoxin is an inhibits membrane-bound α-subunits of the Na⁺/K⁺ ATPase pump in myocytes. Increases RGS2 protein levels in primary vascular smooth muscle cells through an Na⁺/K⁺ ATPase pump-dependent mechanism. Also exhibits anti-MERS-CoV activity in Vero cells in vitro (IC₅₀ = 0.17 μM).
