生物活性 for NAD 299 hydrochloride

NAD 299 hydrochloride is a selective, high affinity 5-HT1A receptor antagonist (Ki = 0.6 nM in vitro). Enhances the action of selective 5-HT reuptake inhibitors and reverses citalopram-induced (Cat. No. 1427) inhibition of serotonergic cell firing.
