生物活性 for SB 328437

SB 328437 is a potent and selective CCR3 antagonist (IC50 = 4 nM). Displays > 2500-fold selectivity over C5aR, LTD4, CCR7, CXCR1 and CXCR2 receptors. Inhibits eotaxin-, eotaxin-2- and MCP-4-induced Ca2+ mobilization (IC50 values are 38, 35 and 20 nM respectively) and inhibits eotaxin-, eotaxin-2- and MCP-4-induced eosinophil chemotaxis with similar potencies.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Poster

Rheumatoid Arthritis Poster

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic destructive inflammatory autoimmune disease that results from a breakdown in immune tolerance, for reasons that are as yet unknown. This poster summarizes the pathology of RA and the inflammatory processes involved, as well as describing some of the epigenetic modifications associated with the disease and the potential for targeting these changes in the discovery of new treatments.
