ARL 67156 prevents vascular calcification and extends longevity in Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome mice. ARL 67156 increases neurogenic contract response to nerve stimulation. ARL 67156 enhances parasympathetic neurotransmission in guinea-pig urinary bladder.
