Biological Activity for ARP 100

ARP 100 is a selective inhibitor of MMP-2 (IC50 = 12 nM); displays selectivity over MMP-9, MMP-3, MMP-1 and MMP-7 (IC50 values are 200, 4500, > 50000 and > 50000 nM respectively). Exhibits anti-invasive properties in HT1080 fibrosarcoma cells.
