Biological Activity for Ciclopirox

Ciclopirox is a pan-histone demethylase inhibitor. Exhibits no significant effect on histone deacetylases. Inhibits MYC-signaling and proliferation of neuroblastoma cells. Promotes Cdc25A-degradation in cancer cells. Antifungal.
