Biological Activity for ±-MF 094

±-MF 904 is the racemate of MF 904, the S-enantiomer. The S-enantiomer is a selective USP30 (ubiquitin-specific-processing protease 30) inhibitor (IC50 = 120 nM). MF 094 increases protein ubiquitination and accelerates mitophagy.
