Biological Activity for GSHtracer

GSHtracer is a ratiometric fluorescent probe for measuring of glutathione (GSH) levels. Upon GSH binding, excitation/emission maximum λ shifts from 520/580 nm to 430/510 nm. F510/F580 ratio correlates with GSH concentration.
