生物活性 for Isoginkgetin

Isoginkgetin is a pre-mRNA splicing inhibitor (IC50 ~ 30 μM); inhibits major and minor spliceosomes. Suppresses transcriptional elongation. Blocks spliceosome-mediated splicing process at the pre-spliceosome/A complex stage. Does not inhibit CDK9. Inhibits tumor cell invasion. Active in vivo. Cell permeable
