Submit ReviewAzP3S is a pyridine sulfonyl triazole for modifying RNA via RNA 2'-OH sulfonylation. AzP3S can be used for RNA SHAPE-MaP experiments in cell lines and bacteria. Allows fluorescent labeling of RNA using Cu-free click chemistry. Stable in aqueous media and in storage at room temperature, can be purified with silica gel chromatography.
