Submit ReviewBDY FL Thalidomide is a high-affinity fluorescent probe (Kd = 3.6 nM). It can be used in time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy-transfer (TR-FRET) cereblon binding assays for PROTAC® Degrader development. This assay is highly sensitive, selective, and stable. Excitation and emission maxima (λ) are 502 and 510 nm, respectively.
