Biological Activity for eIF4A i28

eIF4A i28 is a eukaryotic initiation factor-4A (eIF4A) inhibitor (IC50 = 8.60 μM in an eIF4A ATPase assay). It decreases BJAB Burkitt lymphoma cell viability (EC50 = 0.46 μM in a CellTiter-Glo (CTG) luminescence cell viability assay. It acts as an RNA-competitive, ATP-uncompetitive eIF4A inhibitor.
