Biological Activity for EM 12-FS

EM12-FS is a selective N-terminal glutamine amidohydrolase 1 (NTAQ1) Degrader. In MOLT4 cells, it downregulates NTAQ1 via cereblon-mediated degradation (IC50 = 256 nM). Requires covalent His353 engagement to recruit and degrade NTAQ1.
