Biological Activity for RI 1
RI 1 is a RAD51 inhibitor (IC50 is in the range 5 - 30 μM). Covently binds C139 on protein surface. Inhibits homologous recombination. Cell permeable. Sensitizes tumor cells to chemotherapy.
