Biological Activity for SJ 6986

SJ 6986 is a potent and selective GSPT1/2 molecular glue Degrader (DC50 = 2.1 nM). The Degrader exhibits antiproliferative effects in human medulloblastoma and leukemia cell lines. (EC50 values are 0.4 nM, 1.5 nM, 336 nM, 726 nM and 3583 nM in MHH-CALL-4, MV4-11, MB004, MB002 and HD-MB03 cell lines, respectively). In vivo, SJ 6986 is stable in mouse (t1/2 = 4.7 h). This product is orally bioavailable.
