生物活性 for Auxinole

Auxinole is an auxin antagonist of TIR1/AFB receptors. Binds to TIR1 to block the formation of the TIR1-IAA-Aux/IAA complex and inhibit auxin-responsive gene expression. Auxinole competitively inhibits various auxin responses in planta. Auxinole also inhibits OsTIR1 that suppresses leaky degradation of degron-fused proteins. Can be used as a control compound with 5-Ph-IAA (Cat. No. 7392) in the AID2 degron system to switch off degradation.
