生物活性 for BIO-acetoxime

BIO-acetoxime is a selective GSK-3α/β inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.01, 2.4, 4.3 and 63 μM for GSK-3α/β, CDK5/p25, CDK2/cyclin A and CDK1/cyclin B respectively). Induces Wnt signaling and inhibits CD8+ T cell effector differentiation.

Pathways for BIO-acetoxime

Wnt Signaling Pathway

Wnt Signaling Pathway

The Wnt pathway is involved in cellular differentiation and proliferation in adult tissues and also during embryogenesis. Disturbances within the pathway may lead to the formation of tumors and promote metastasis.
