生物活性 for CHDI 113

CHDI 113 is a potent huntingtin (HTT) pre-mRNA splicing modulator (EC50 = 66 nM). It lowers HTT protein in both human Huntington's disease (HD) stem cells and in the brain of BACHD (bacterial artificial chromosome-mediated transgenic) mouse model. CHDI 113 is brain penetrant and orally bioavailable.
