Submit ReviewGlycyl-H 1152 dihydrochloride is a glycyl analog of the Rho-kinase inhibitor H 1152 dihydrochloride (Cat. No. 2414) that displays improved ROCKII selectivity. IC50 values are 0.0118, 2.35, 2.57, 3.26, > 10 and >10 μM for ROCKII, Aurora A, CAMKII, PKG, PKA and PKC respectively.

Stem cells have potential as a source of cells and tissues for research and treatment of disease. This poster summarizes some key protocols demonstrating the use of small molecules across the stem cell workflow, from reprogramming, through self-renewal, storage and differentiation to verification. Advantages of using small molecules are also highlighted.
