Biological Activity for Epirubicin hydrochloride

Epirubicin hydrochloride is an antibiotic antitumor agent. Inhibits the synthesis and function of DNA (IC50 = 62.7 μM in rat glioblastoma cell lines) and inhibits the relaxing property of topoisomerase II.
