Biological Activity for AZD 8055

AZD 8055 is a highly potent, selective and ATP-competitive mTOR inhibitor (IC50 = 0.8 nM). Inhibits growth and induces autophagy in a range of cancer cell lines and xenografts, including NSCLC and glioblastoma (IC50 values are 20, 50 and 53 nM in H838, A549 and U87MG cell lines, respectively). Orally bioavailable.
