Biological Activity for Lin28 1632

Lin28 1632 is an RNA binding protein Lin28 inhibitor (IC50 = 8 μM). Lin28 1632 blocks binding of Lin28 to let-7 pre-micro RNA. Lin28 1632 inhibits stemness and induces differentiation of murine ESCs. Lin28 1632 increases let-7 miRNA and suppresses PD-L1 expression in multiple human cancer cell lines. Lin28 1632 inhibits growth of tumor cell lines and tumor-sphere formation in vitro. Lin28 1632 also inhibits growth of tumor xenografts in mice by enhancing T cell-mediated antitumor immunity. Lin28 1632 is also bromodomain inhibitor. Lin28 1632 inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in vivo in immunodeficient orthotopic mouse models of human breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231.
