生物活性 for TWS 119

TWS 119 is a potent inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3β (IC50 = 30 nM). TWS 119 inhibits both GSK3α and GSK3β in vitro (IC50 = 88 nM and 410 nM, respectively). TWS 119 induces neuronal differentiation in pluripotent murine embryonal carcinoma cells and embryonic stem cells at 400 nM. TWS 119 enhances the proliferation and survival of γδ T-cells, and induces differentiation of CD8+ T cells towards a stem cell-like memory T cell phenotype at 2.5 μM.
