Submit ReviewFFN 200 dihydrochloride is a selective fluorescent VMAT2 substrate. Selectively traces exocytosis in dopaminergic neuronal cell culture and brain tissue. Excitation and emission maxima are 352 and 451 nm, respectively.

FFN200 in vesicle clusters in axons of cultured dopaminergic neurons, and exocytosis upon high potassium stimulation (time lapse acquisition at 12 images/min).
