Submit ReviewSGC CK2-1 is a potent inhibitor of casein kinase 2 (CK2) with activity at both the CK2A2 and CK2A1 isoforms (IC50 values are 2.3-16 nM and 4.2-36 nM respectively). SGC CK-1 also inhibits DYRK2 (IC50 = 440 nM).
